The planning application or, projeto de licenciamento, consists of a set of drawings and written elements that enable a good understanding of the proposal in order to submit to the municipality seeking approval for construction. It also includes the terms and declarations required for the various licenses and includes the follow up with the relevant municipality on the progress of the processes. Before submitting the planning application, architecture couples with the engineering team to create the specialty projects so the project goes through every engineering department before being submitted. This way we know that when we produce the detailed drawings on the next stage, these projects have been preapproved by the engineering team. This is a general project designed at a larger scale.
